| Further to our discussion lets add up hill/down hill shots. i this case you do not use the measured distance on the ground to the target, rather in the case of a down hill shot measure the distance from a line straight up from the target and you have to look straight ahead and judge that distance, it will be shorter that the direct line. As scott said, dont wait until your in a shooting situation to test these out , practice ahead. Terry Ragsdale says, practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. At a Canadian National 3d Championships I had a shot that meaured 48 downhill yards on the ground, I used a 28 yard pin and x'd the shot. |
